Laura and her family have been riding a Benno Boost  eBike, using it for local trips and the school run. We think Laura is an amazing inspiration and looks incredibly stylish on the bike!

We caught up with Laura to find out how she’s getting on with the Benno Boost and what life is like with an eBike…

Q&A with Laura Jackson

When did you last cycle?

Yesterday – the new bike got me back on the streets of London cycling and it feels SO good. I took my daughter for an ice cream locally.

Has the Benno e-bike helped you get back into cycling?

YES! I have no sense of direction and I’m put off by long journeys – I cannot believe how much the electric bike has given me wind in my sails. It’s so good. We even took it on a trip to Dorset so we were able to cycle round the countryside.

How is the Benno bike for carrying children?

Amazing. I can cycle happily with both the big kids on the back – and they love it. It’s given me such freedom and a new way to connect with the kids and the outdoors.

What would you say to encourage more women to try an e-bike?

I honestly thought that e-biking wasn’t for me, and I was so wrong. It’s given me confidence and such joy – I have loved reconnecting with the outdoors and it’s given me this really interesting sense of independence.
